By accessing or using Daylee ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Daylee is a habit tracking and daily journaling application that helps users build positive habits, track their mood, and reflect on their daily experiences. The Service is available through web browsers and may be available on other platforms.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
4. Subscription and Payments
Free Tier
We offer a free tier with limited features. Free accounts are subject to the same terms and conditions.
Paid Subscriptions
- Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After this period, refunds are provided at our discretion. Contact alex.vanvin@gmail.com for refund requests.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service (habits, journal entries, goals). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content to provide the Service to you.
You agree not to create content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Infringes on the rights of others
- Contains malware or malicious code
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Service
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Daylee and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAYLEE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
